It’s 12:16 AM already and I’m not yet sleepy. Body clock is conked out, or maybe I had too much caffeine again.

Played football for the first time. I enjoyed it actually. Never thought I would.

A lot of wonderful things will happen during the last week of July. In exchange, I need to finish a lot of things for work before August.

Resolved a personal issue that’s been bothering me since 2008.

Went out on a date with someone after 48 years, I bored him to death. Lol. So much for advice of friends na wag barkadahin.

I am not comfortable being around large crowds. Sa despedida ng isang officemate, asa table lang ako nagbabasa ng libro, or minsan naglalaro ako ng games sa phone. May anti-social side rin pala ako.

I realize I finish reading my books during out of town trips. The internet is such a distraction

Weekly lunch with support group. I love it
